Ready for a new adventure? We are searching for an incredible CATERING MANAGER to head up our guest dining experience our activity centre based in the beautiful, Winmarleigh Hall, near Preston. With no late nights and a guaranteed Friday or Saturday evening off each week (during our non-peak periods) this could be the perfect role to develop your career in catering without sacrificing your social life or that all important family time!

THE ROLE 

As our Catering Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering a friendly and welcoming experience to our guests through tasty food and comfortable dining rooms. Reporting to the General Manager and heading up a team of talented Chefs, Catering Assistants and Team Leaders, you’ll create a friendly, fun and supportive working environment & be responsible for management, training and supervision. 

The meals your team makes will be delicious as well as safe by ensuring all health and safety, allergen safety, food safety, & PGL standards are followed; alongside within budget, as you will be taking care of all financial aspects of the catering operation, ensuring maximum value for money whilst maintaining excellent quality. 

IS THIS YOU?  

• Previous experience of managing a busy catering team 

• Level 3 qualification or above in Food Safety 

• Ideally you will hold a recognised Level 3 or above qualification in Management 

• A background in catering for large groups/numbers
