Catering Manager Requirements:
• Confident to manage a small team
• Stock Management
• Have a "can do" attitude
• Able to work in a professional and respectful manner.
• Work well within a team
• Knowledge and understanding of food allergens and special diets
• Experience working in a kitchen environment as a Catering Manager
• NVQ Level 2 (Preferred)
