Catering Service Manager

We support offenders to lead law-abiding lives in their community on release.At HMP Northumberland, we run the full prison operations including Prison Custody Officers, integrated Facilities Management, and we provide rehabilitation services, resettlement programmes, offender behaviour programmes, education and skills development, vocational training, and workshops and industries. We are now looking to recruit an experienced Catering Service Manager to oversee our large onsite bulk catering operation. With proven management experience you will be accountable for around 30 members of kitchen staff per day, encompassing both civil staff and prisoners. You will communicate clearly, effectively and lead by example and with passion and credibility.Our busy Kitchen prepares, cooks and serves 1348 meals twice a day 365 days per year.
