Location: North Willingham, Market Rasen
Job type: Part-time, up to 35hrs per week - (we have a winter break from 5th December to 10th February)
Pay: Up to £13.50 per hour depending on experience

Our client is a small family business with the simple, but ambitious aim of creating the best gelato and soft serve ice cream this side of Italy! Their delicious gelato is hand-crafted in small batches on their farm which is situated at the foot of the Lincolnshire Wolds AONB. Our client values every customer and want them to enjoy their visit.
They are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and customer-orientated supervisor to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the parlour, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction, managing the team, and contributing to the financial success of the business. You will be required to work weekends and bank holidays. Occasional evening work will be required.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a busy catering environment preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations (Level 2/3 food hygiene qualification preferred).
- Experience in stock control and cash handling.
- A passion for food and beverage with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
