Catering Supervisor - Whiston Hospital 11.67 per hour19.5 hours per weekFriday to Sunday from 1pm to 8pmWhat you'll be doing:We're currently recruiting a dedicated Catering Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Healthcare on a full time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week.As a Catering Supervisor , you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work. Here's what you need to know before applying:Your key responsibilities will include:Supervise the Catering team effectivelyMaintain staff rota's and ensure all areas are coveredEnsure the highest level of catering standards are met within your team at all times.Support the Catering Manager with changing business demands.Liaise with Ward staff, Doctors and nurses in an efficient and professional manner.Hold performance reviews with new starters and existing staff.Carry out return to work interviews for staff that have been absent.Undertake and record all training.Coach and support team with any training or day to day issues that may arise.Complete audits whilst also achieving the service and product delivery standardWe ensure you're rewarded for all your hard work, which is why we offer a comprehensive benefits package which includes but is not limited to:Free bus travel All team members eligible are entitled to up to 20% discount at their place of work.
