THIS ROLE CAN BE BASED IN MILAN, MADRID, LONDON, PARIS, DUSSELDORF, WARSAW

 

This role would suit a junior profile with 2-3years experience

 

Purpose 

The purpose of the C&CE (Customer & Commercial Excellence) Process & Programs SpecialistEMEA role is to support theimplementation and adoption of our Customer Relationship Management system (Salesforce) in the Division in EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa).

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure a smooth deployment of Sales Cloud in the Cardio Division
    • Ensure that the Divisional functional needs and requirements are taken into account and implemented
    • Ensure and validate data upload from other Information Systems
    • Ensure the development of reports and dashboards
    • Works closely with and support the country Sales Managers
      • Communication to the sales team
      • Training of the users
      • Support to the users
    • Key contact person for the country “Super Users / Champions”
  • Ensure that the utilization of Sales Cloud is “embedded” in the Division as the main activity coordination, reporting & communication internal channel
  • Drive development and integration of additional modules or functionalities (e.g. Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Pricing Tool, …) ensuring coordination between functions
  • Maximize use/value of current platform looking for continuous improvement on the user experience
  • Ensure that Sales Cloud will meet the requirements of our new business models and will facilitate the deployment of these new models in the Division
  • Tracks adoption / usage KPIs and regularly reports to the Divisional Leadership Team
  • Be the interface between the countries and the salesforce.com Core Team

 

He/she will play an interface and coordination role between:

  • The EU Cross-Divisional Salesforce internal team:  
    • Integration of the cardio Division needs / requirements
    • Data upload, cleaning and validation
    • Reports development
    • Project planning
    • Budgeting

 

  • Clusters Business Unit Directors and Country National & Regional Sales Managers:
    • Communicate and get « buy-in » from the country teams
    • Develop and implement training programs
    • Support countries in driving teams’ adoption
    • Develop field execution campaign supported in SalesCloud
    • Develop Sales / Marketing reports for analysis

 

  • EU Multichannel marketing & Digital team
    • Design and implement campaigns in MarketingCloud
    • Integrated multichannel campaigns with SalesCloud / MarketingCloud component

 

Skills and experience required

  • Operational role in the preparation and deployment of a Customer Relationship Management system (ideally SalesForce)
  • Good understanding of business Information and Reporting System
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Customer focus / Customer-centricity
  • Communication skills and teamwork
  • Agility for working in a matricial / non-hierarchical environment
  • Understanding of the Commercial function in the Medical Device industry
