The Role:
To carry out the installation and maintenance of security systems in accordance with the companues quality procedures & code of practice.
Specific Duties:
- To provide polite, helpful and professional service to clients at all times.
- To install and maintain security systems to the standards required by the client and regulatory bodies; NACOSS, BAFE, Safe Contractor & HSE.
- To communicate promptly all concerns; operational, health & safety or otherwise to a manager.
- To provide comprehensive end user training to clients.
- To complete and return all job-sheets in a timely manner, with accurate & detailed information for client records, assisting the office team with prompt invoicing and effective client communication.
- To provide feedback on equipment used. To research and correctly report back system part information required for quotes & return visits.
- To ensure that all additional equipment used is recorded on job-sheets.
- To return and accurately report faulty equipment to the inventory manager in accordance with the clients stock control procedures.
- To provide emergency service cover out of hours for maintained clients, as part of a rota, at a frequency determined by your manager.
- To provide sales support where required in the form of assisting with on-site visits, system design, labour calculations and technical guidance with all security system designs.
- To provide support in lead generation through client liaison visits & on-site company promotion to other contractors.
- To sell additional parts to existing clients whilst completing service and maintenance calls.
- To provide care of all company vehicles and other equipment used by yourself including but not limited to a mobile phone, laptop and company credit card.
Salary
You will be required to attend the office once a week - but the company have a fun and mature environment.
