You will be working Monday to Sunday, 07:00 to 20:30, 40 hours per week, on a permanent, full-time basis.
Job ad:
An exciting opportunity has arisen and we are looking to recruit CCTV Operators (Enforcement) to join our team on a casual worker basis.
* Analysing enforcement data, by identifying potential contraventions and initiating the process for issuing a penalty charge notice by inputting and processing of data and images on the processing system.
* Carry out pre shift equipment checks and test the functionality of the cameras.
Maintain records as necessary to ensure the smooth running of the operation and to provide audit information.
* Report any defects with signs or lines
* Ensure parking equipment is working correctly and report defects promptly
* Act as ambassadors for the Council, undertaking any others tasks as directed
To be successful in the role you will need:
* Previous customer service experience in a demanding environment such as a hospitality or call centre environment (desirable)
* The ability to follow instructions and to work within a closely managed operation
* A flexible approach to working hours
