CDM Advisor

A highly-regarded multi-disciplinary consultancy, renowned for its commitment to excellence and innovative approach, is currently seeking a talented CDM Advisor to join their team in Winchester.

This role presents a fantastic opportunity to work with a variety of esteemed clients and play a pivotal role in delivering strategic health and safety and risk management advice throughout the entire lifecycle of diverse projects.

The CDM Advisor role

The successful CDM Advisor will be integral to the Winchester team, delivering expert guidance and support in health and safety and risk management.

This role involves a substantial focus on the Principal Designer responsibilities, ensuring the highest standards of health and safety are maintained from inception to completion of projects.

The CDM Advisor will find themselves working across a range of sectors, including hotels, housing, offices, retail, health, and education.

Primarily based in and around the Winchester area, this role offers exposure to a variety of projects, each presenting unique challenges and learning opportunities.

The CDM Advisor

• Proven experience in providing CDM advisory services, particularly in the capacity of Principal Designer.
• A strong background in handling multiple projects across various sectors such as hotels, housing, offices, retail, health, and education.
• Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations and risk management practices.
• Exceptional communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and team members.
• Relevant health and safety qualifications, ideally with membership in professional bodies such as IOSH or APS.
