The CDM Consultant role
The successful CDM Consultant will be instrumental in delivering comprehensive Principal Designer and Client Advisor services.

The CDM Consultant will play a critical role in ensuring health and safety compliance, guiding design teams, and advising clients to meet the highest industry standards.
The CDM Consultant
- Proven experience as a CDM Consultant or Principal Designer in the construction industry.
- Expertise in commercial, retail, and educational sectors will be highly advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of current health and safety legislation and best practices.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills, capable of advising and guiding project stakeholders effectively.
- A commitment to continuous professional development, ideally with relevant industry qualifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH.
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach, with the ability to lead and influence project teams.
