We are looking for an experienced chef de Partie to join our team of 7/in our busy and popular pub.
Set in the picturesque Surrey Hills, The Bray is a traditional English pub with a strong emphasis on fresh and seasonal ingredients..
We have a live-in position if you are ready to join us now.
Chef will be of CDP level and have minimum 1 year experience in that position and work under the leadership of the Head Chef.
Expected start date: January 2024

Prior experience is necessary, and a good understanding of written & spoken English is required.
Responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring compliance and best practice guidelines are followed at all times.
- Following menu specifications and working to specific dietary requirements.
- Approx. 48-52 hours per week
- £33k to £35k Gross per annum incl. TRONC
- Accommodation available upon request
