We are looking for someone to join our Customer Service Centre on a full time basis Monday to Friday, bases from our Hitchin Office.
THIS OPENS THE DOOR TO YOUR FUTURE: YOUR TASKS
Logging a high number of calls and emails onto the CRM System, including as much information as possible
Acting as the first point of contact for our Customers
Liaising with the Branches in order to provide accurate updates to Customers
Requesting billing information from Customers, to ensure invoices can be completed on time
Responding to emails in a timely manner

Passionate about giving excellent customer service.
Superb telephone manner and communication skills.
Confident in dealing with customers in a fast paced role, previous experience within a similar role would be advantageous.
Proficient user of Microsoft packages, including Outlook and experience using a CRM system.
