Job description
The Central Services Lead plays a crucial role within this large organisations operations department, guiding their Central Support Teams.
You will closely collaborate with both the Director of Operations and the Client Services Managers within the Client Services Team. In this position, you will offer strategic guidance to facilitate and integrate transformation projects. Additionally, you will lead teams through change, championing Co values and culture. As the Client Services Lead, you will actively contribute to shaping and driving the overarching strategy of the Central Services Department. This involves supporting the business in securing future sustainability and growth during a period of rapid expansion.
Your specific responsibilities will involve designing and executing the strategy of the Central Services Department. This encompasses leading and managing a highly motivated team to ensure the efficient day-to-day operations of the organisation.
