East Cambridgeshire District Council have an exciting opportunity for a Centre Administrator (E-Space North) to join their team.
Location: Ely, Cambridgeshire
Salary: GBP22,438 - GBP24,421 per annum
Job Type: Part-Time, Permanent
House: 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (9am - 4pm with a 30-minute lunch break)
About Us:
The Council operates two fully serviced business centres for small and growing businesses within the District of East Cambridgeshire; e-space north, located in Littleport and e-space south, located on the Cambridgeshire Business Park in Ely.
Centre Administrator (E-Space North) - The Role:
As Centre Administrator for e-space you will be responsible for helping with the day-to-day management of the building.
Duties will include
- Occasionally visiting e-space south to collect and sort the post, dealing with incoming telephone calls and mail and acting as the first point of call for visitors, contractors and tenants
- The role also includes marketing and promoting the business centres
- You will also help with administration for the wider economic development team
- Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining databases and records and providing cover, as and when required for the Centre Manager
Centre Administrator (E-Space North) - Benefits:

- You will need to have 2 GCSEs (A-C in English and Maths)
- Possess strong communication, administrative, and organisational skills
- Be able to demonstrate recent, relevant experience within a customer service environment
