CFO - Remote

Our client is a Cambridge based technology business, focused on enterprise software and support at an exciting point in their growth plans.
The business is based in Cambridge but this role has the benefit of being a mix of remote but with semi-regular office meetings.
The team are looking for an experienced CFO who can work on a flexible, part time basis, helping to prepare the business for an exit. You will be contributing significantly to the transaction strategy, tactics and negotiations and ensuring thorough preparation of company financials etc to be ready for due diligence.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Fully qualified accountant familiar with working flexibly and independently
- Experience of exit transactions and working in a small business environment
- Working at senior level as well as very hands on
- Experience of building data rooms and preparation for a transaction
- Excellent communication/presentation skills
- Familiar liaising with investors, advisers and other third parties
