Location: Hybrid - Able to travel to Cambridge, when required
Salary: £40,000-£45,000 per annum
Working Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week
Contract: Fixed Term Contract - 12 months

The Internal Change and Communications Project Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping and driving change strategies and internal communications that align with the IELTS vision and objectives. You will be responsible for ensuring effective Change and engaging communication across all levels of IELTS UK and the wider IELTS partnership ('IELTS Consortium’) during a change programme whilst fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. This role will play a pivotal part in facilitating successful change initiatives within the company and driving effective communication plans to support them.

What you’ll be doing…
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to understand change management impacts and develop tailored Change and communication approaches within a change programme.
- Develop a change management plan and facilitate its implementation to support people, process and technology changes.
- Develop and implement comprehensive internal communication plans aligned with the change programme objectives.
- Create engaging and informative content across various platforms (emails, newsletters, presentations, intranet, workshops, leadership meetings etc.) to communicate change initiatives, ensuring timely and consistent messaging.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and adjust approaches based on feedback and analysis.
- Provide guidance and support to managers in effectively communicating change, including preparing key stakeholders for change-related communications.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in internal communication and change management to continuously improve strategies.
- Lead and facilitate internal events, workshops, and meetings to support change management objectives and reinforce communication efforts.
- Work with external agencies to coordinate programmes, such as leadership events, across the IELTS consortium.

- Proven experience 3 years + in change management and internal communications within a complex international environment with many stakeholders.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to various audiences.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lead and facilitate decisions between business and project teams with strong listening, influencing and diplomacy skills.
- Proficiency in utilising various communication tools and collaborative platforms.
- Confidence when dealing with uncertainty.
- Highly driven and flexible individual who has excellent teamwork skills.
- Educated to first degree level or equivalent desirable
- A formal qualification in change management or equivalent experience desirable
