The Role:


Oxfam GB is looking for Change Manager to deliver the Change Management and Problem Management functions for the Technology, Transformation and International Operations (TTIO) division. You will be responsible for controlling the lifecycle of all changes across the division, chairing weekly CABS, and developing and improving change processes.

An ideal candidate for the role will also be / have:


  • Experience managing change within an ITIL or similar framework across a relatively complex IS environment.
  • Good technical understanding to be able to assess changes for risk and business impact, and the confidence to challenge both subject matter experts and senior stakeholders.
