Job Purpose
The role of Channel Partner Acquisition Manager is really important to us. You will be responsible for growing the existing Channel Partner base throughout specific targeted regions.
This is a great opportunity for you to put your make your name in a newly created position reporting directly into the divisional Director.

Your responsibilities day to day will be…
- Identify, recruit and on-board new reseller Channel Partners within assigned territory in line with set targets.
- Maximising cross-selling opportunities and demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Radius suite of products.
- Plan sales strategies and work closely with marketing to raise awareness of us and build a strong pipeline.
- Manage channel sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure that targets are achieved.
- Develop process improvements to optimize partner management acquisition activities.
- Competently and knowledgably advise partners on solutions and services that best fulfil their customer requirements, undergoing full assessments and analysis of client needs.
- Conducting face to face channel meetings with partners and their clients.
- Managing internal resource and interfacing with internal departments.
- Accurate forecasting of anticipated sales is required, along with regular activity reporting.
- Participation in planning and preparing marketing campaigns along with your own targeted campaigns.
- Attending networking events.
What do we expect of you?
- Consistent channel sales record within the telecoms, ISP, telematics space
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, with the ability to 'win trust', selling on the quality and integrity of Radius
- Must be driven, self-motivated and disciplined
- Articulate and polished with a professional approach to sales
- Must be able to show a successful channel sales track record and quota achievement with software products and services solutions
- Ability to travel 30%-50% is a must
- Proven experience of direct or relevant working experience managing partners and selling software and services solutions through channels
- Excellence in strategic planning, problem-solving, analytics and written and verbal communication to interface effectively with all levels of the organization
- High organizational skills and deadline management is a must
- Strong project management skills and ability to effectively manage numerous projects simultaneously
