What you will bedoing:As a qualified Charge Nurse (RMN), you will ensurefemale adults with mental health conditions receive high-qualitycare, while also supporting your colleagues and promote goodteamwork.

You will beworking at Field House and Apartments - a 16 bed specialistrehabilitation service for women with a Mental Illness and/orPersonality Disorder.
The serviceoffers a blended model of rehabilitation that combines atraditional rehabilitation environment with single and dualoccupancy apartments, to provide a seamless care pathway for womenwith a Mental Illness and/or Personality Disorder and a history oftrauma and/or attachment disorders.You will work inan environment where there is a strong emphasis on positive risktaking which enables self-reliance and builds trust andself-esteem, with a focus on psychologicalinput.What you willget:
