Charge Nurse / Deputy Ward Manager - RMN / RNLD  - Three bedded service 
Location: Cardiff
Salary: £41,475 - £44,648 per annum
Hours: Full Time
Shifts: Options of Days only or Nights only - you can choose depending on your preference
Company / Care Home information:
- An experienced registered nurse to work within a very welcoming, warm, and person-centred  specialist service located 2.5 miles from the city centre, it is a three-bedded, low secure service for males or females with personality disorders, learning disabilities or mental health issues.
Are you...?
- An experienced Nurse (RMN, RNLD) ? This hospital welcomes applications from General Nurses and Mental Health Nurses. Full training and support will be given by your own designated mentor.
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK?

To be successful in this role... 

• Have clinical and leadership experience that provides the expertise and confidence required to support the wider nursing team.
• Be able to respond flexibly to change and the developing needs of the service.
• Be responsible for deputising in the absence of the Ward Manager if necessary and therefore must demonstrate a willingness to develop and expand on their existing roles and responsibilities
• Be role models for their peers and demonstrate core company values at all times therefore the expectations of this will need to be clearly set out.
