About the Role:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse to oversee Pre Assessment services at a prestigious Private Hospital in Harrow, Middlesex. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team and ensure the delivery of high-quality care to patients undergoing pre-operative assessments.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the Pre Assessment team, ensuring the provision of comprehensive and efficient services.
• Coordinate patient assessments, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of medical history and relevant information.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
• Provide support and guidance to staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Registered Nurse qualification with relevant experience in Pre Assessment or a similar clinical setting.
• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role, demonstrating strong managerial skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Sound clinical knowledge and understanding of pre-operative assessment processes.
• Ability to prioritize workload and adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced environment.
