Location: Truro, Cornwall (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £50k + Excellent Benefits

The Client:
Our client is an independent, privately-owned firm of Chartered Surveyors specialising in residential property advice, committed to providing outstanding professional service.
The Role:
As a Chartered Building Surveyor, you will assist or lead residential and commercial projects from feasibility to completion.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct Level 2 and Level 3 Residential Surveys and Valuations.
* Visit properties, produce professional reports, and liaise with clients and vendors.
* Produce detailed Specifications/Schedule of Works.
* Use AutoCAD to create plans.
* Act as Contract Administrator or Principal Designer working to CDM regulations.
* Manage Planning Applications and projects on behalf of clients.
Requirements:
* Previously worked as a Building Surveyor in a similar role.
* At least 2 years of relevant experience.
* Possess MRICS qualification with industry experience.
* Skilled with AutoCAD.
* Strong literacy and report writing skills.
* Experience in Party Wall and Boundary Disputes would be considered.
