Chartered Financial Planner

A market leading financial planning firm in Manchester are looking to recruit a technically proficient Chartered Financial Planner to join their team. The practice has in excess of £1bn AUM and they operate across the North West with a focus on joint ventures. In this instance, one of the senior advisers is retiring and so needs an Adviser to manage a book of c. £50m. Clients range from c.£500k to £10m.

A market leading, award winning IFA practice with c. £1bn AUM.

Role will include:

1. Portfolio reviews with existing clients.
2. Working with the retiring adviser on their client portfolio.
3. Using cash flow modelling and lifestyle financial planning as required.
4. Understanding a client's needs and having proficiency in more complex matters, especially IHT, VCT, EIS and SIPP/SSAS schemes.
5. Maintaining up to date and compliant client files in conjunction with the technical team.
6. Keeping up to date CPD
7. Actively seeking out new client opportunities as required
