Specialist Financial Planner role, which will focus on more complex areas of Client need such as Estate Planning and At Retirement Advice with a history of successfully giving advice on a regular basis on IHT, Corporate investments to SME’s and has good PR skills. You will generate business by selling their services to the incumbent advisers for access to their clients with these needs. Chartered status is essential!
What you’ll be doing:
- Actively engage with any enhancements to our future planning proposition
- Be responsible for the growth in the volume of complex advice activity across the team, maximising opportunities and championing the advice process
- Work in collaboration with our Specialist Financial Advisers to receive client referrals where added support/service will be required to meet more clients’ needs and enhance customer overall experience.
- Maintain strong relationships with our Specialist Financial Advisers and take ownership of the advice process at the appropriate time to ensure clarity of roles and responsibilities and a smooth customer journey
- Cultivate internal and external relationships to develop new business opportunities beyond our existing client base translating to quality appointments
- Provide feedback as to how we can continue to improve the overarching client and colleague experience (to include systems and processes)
- Manage own portfolio of clients - as agreed (maintaining a full core advice license), taking ownership of the advice process and responsible for the processing of recommendations
- Engage with the Paraplanning team to ensure that all business submissions are of the required standards and can be expedited in a timely fashion
Package on Offer
- Negotiable basic salary from £65,500 -£75,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
