Skills:
- Solid experience developing chatbots or virtual assistants using the Genesys CloudCX platform or similar technologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java, with experience in chatbot development frameworks.
- Experience integrating chatbots with backend systems, APIs, and databases.
