We are looking for a passionate and motivated Chef Assistant to join our Culinary Services team. The successful candidate will work closely with our chefs to prepare high-quality meals, maintain kitchen hygiene, and ensure efficient kitchen operations. This role is perfect for someone who loves the culinary arts and is eager to develop their skills.
Working hours & Salary: Monday to Friday 6:30am-3pm. £28,000-£30,000 per annum.
Role Duties:
- Assist the head chef with daily food preparation tasks.
- Prepare ingredients and assist in the presentation and plating of dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen and storage areas.
- Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Monitoring stock control.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained properly.
- Support the culinary team during catering events and special functions.

Requirements
- 4/5 years experience in the culinary industry.
