Join our Culinary Team as a Chef working within our Flagship Private Hospital based in Birmingham.
Are you a culinary professional with a passion for crafting nutritious and delectable meals? Birmingham's flagship private hospital is looking for a talented Chef to join our dedicated kitchen team and enhance the dining experience for our patients and staff.
Our state-of-the-art private hospital is renowned for delivering exceptional care and comfort to our patients. We believe that great food plays a crucial role in the healing process, and we are committed to offering meals that are both delicious and healthful.This is a Full-Time permanent role, contracted to 40 Hours Per week, we operate 7 days a week so flexibility will be key.
As a Chef, you will be an integral part of our culinary team, responsible for:

• Meal Preparation: Preparing high-quality, nutritious meals for patients, staff, and visitors.
• Dietary Compliance: Working closely with dietitians to accommodate various dietary needs and restrictions.
• Quality Assurance: Ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of taste, presentation, and hygiene.
• Collaboration: Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in menu planning and kitchen operations.
• Innovation: Contributing creative ideas for new recipes and menu items that promote health and wellness.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Previous experience as a Chef in a reputable restaurant, hotel, or healthcare setting.
• Culinary Skills: Strong cooking skills with a focus on health-conscious cuisine.
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail in food preparation and presentation.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication: Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
• Qualifications: Relevant culinary qualifications and food safety certifications.
