An exciting opportunity to join an experienced team, preparing the freshest Scottish ingredients and providing bistro style dishes for the hotel and restaurant guests.
Accommodation is available and Christmas - Boxing Day off.
Responsibilities include aiding in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, maintaining food quality and maintaining a safe, hygienic kitchen. During the summer months we prepare for up to 80 covers each evening.
Supporting and preparing dishes as per the Head & Senior Sous Chefs request.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £14.00-£16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
