NVQ Level 2 in Food Preparation and CookingLevel 3 Food Safety and Hygiene (or equivalent)

Able to prioritise tasks and work under pressure

Team player with a can-do attitudeFlexible

Previous experience in a similar role

Sound knowledge of environmental health regulations, due diligence, temperature checking and record keeping in line with health regulations

Experience in high volume catering
