SalaryWe are looking for a Chef De Partie to join our team at The Dalmore . Full Time, 40-45hr week, 5 weeks Holiday a year. Weekly Paid with a share of the tips aswell . We cook Modern British cuisine using local and the freshest ingredients. We are closed Xmas Day and 1st and 2nd Jan. You will also have an input into the menu which changes seasonally.
