About the Role of Chef de Partie
We are seeking a Chef de Partie who is an enthusiastic and driven individual, to assist in the successful operation of Nicks at Port of Menteith. This is the perfect role for a chef looking to take the next step in their career.
Operates Wednesday- Sunday , closed Mon
Tues
Contracted 48 hour, 4 day working week with paid over time
Ideal Chef de Partie Candidate:
Assist the Head & Sous Chefs on the day to day running of the kitchen.
Good level of food knowledge.
A can-do attitude, hands on approach and the ability to work well under pressure.
Excellent communication and the ability to work well with others.
Good organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
Ability to take directive from the Head & Sous chefs, ensuring that a high level of food safety is maintained, assisting in the running of a section and taking ownership of a section of the kitchen when needed.
Assist in training of commis and apprentice chefs when required
