We already have a very strong and enthusiastic team and are looking to recruit a chef with a fantastic attitude who is willing to learn. We are very passionate in delivering high quality Scottish produce to locals and visitors.
Duties include:
- Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes
- Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes
- Assisting with the management of health and safety
- Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices
- Monitoring portion and waste control
- Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards

Pay: £32,000.00 per year
