Responsibilities in your new role as a Chef de Partie

• Assist the Sous Chef in the daily operations and management of the kitchen

• Ensure each dish is prepared and presented to the highest standard, showcasing our commitment to quality

• Adhere strictly to health and safety procedures, ensuring a safe and hygienic kitchen environment

• Coach and mentor junior members of the brigade, fostering their growth and development

• Take charge of running various sections of the kitchen, maintaining efficiency and excellence

Your personality, experience and qualifications

We are looking for Chef de Parties who are passionate about food and culinary arts, career-driven with a strong desire to learn and develop, and enthusiastic about hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Candidates should also have a proven track record of longevity in previous roles, demonstrating commitment and reliability.
