We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team and contribute to our culinary excellence. As our CDP, you will have the opportunity to refine your skills, learn from experienced chefs, and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional cuisine to our guests.Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes in your assigned stationEnsure consistency and quality in all culinary creations while following established recipes and standardsCollaborate with the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to execute menu items and daily specialsMaintain a clean and organised workstation, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelinesSupport and mentor junior kitchen staff to foster a positive and productive work environmentAbout you:Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or relevant culinary position in a fast-paced kitchen environmentSolid understanding of cooking techniques, food preparation methods, and kitchen equipment operationAbility to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and multitask effectivelyStrong attention to detail and a passion for delivering memorable dining experiencesExcellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen colleaguesIf you're a dedicated culinary professional with a drive for excellence and a desire to grow in a dynamic kitchen environment, we want to hear from you!
