Bridlington Spa is the premier entertainment and conferencing venue on the Yorkshire Coast.
There is now a fantastic opportunity to be a part of the Bridlington Spa Catering team.
We seek an enthusiastic and motivated person with a genuine interest in the hospitality industry.
You will be helping to deliver the highest standards of customer service, offering a first class delivery to all our customers who use the catering facilities from conferencing, banquettes, award dinners, external catering and the popular cafe bar.
The role is to assist the Executive chef in managing the venue's kitchen and assist the Hospitality Manager in the day-to-day running of the catering service and operation within the venue.
The successful candidate will be part of the award-winning team and will show commitment to the future development of the catering provision. They also will ensure that external catering events such as Civic and private functions are delivered to the highest standard.
This post is based at Bridlington Spa. Full-time Permanent position with some unsocial hours, including weekends, public holidays, Christmas and New Year.
