The Palace Hotel is a 122 bedroom-hotel that boasts the elegant Dovedale Restaurant, which offers traditional cuisine, as well as operating unique conference & banqueting facilities, popular for weddings and town events.
We are looking to expand on our skilled kitchen team and because we take great pride in the service we provide; we are looking for a Chef de Partie who will bring fresh and exciting ideas to our exciting kitchen team.
The successful candidate will have a proven history of culinary experience, superb attention to detail & takes pride in their work. The ideal candidate will be organised, punctual and well presented, with excellent communication skills and customer service. This position is available on a casual contract.
