As Chef De Partie your scope will be to support your Head Chef by leading your section.Key things you will be responsible for:
Proficiency in the tasks of Apprentice and Commis Chefs, including mise en placeCleaning schedules, food storage, food preparation, and service cleardownConsistent production of food to recipe and presentation standards in SOPsProviding feedback to the junior team to support improved performanceSupporting with any shift challengesOn job training of new employeesDepartmental requisitions, stock control, and recording of wastageWHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
