Chef de Partie/Junior Sous Chef – £28,000 to £32,000 – Live-in

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Chef de Partie/Junior Sous to join this established kitchen team. Previous experience with a fresh food offering is essential.

Everything is made on site.

• Manage your time well to ensure everything is ready and prepared for service.
• You will use your eye for quality to produce high-quality dishes from fresh ingredients.
• Ensure the highest levels of hygiene and safety are always maintained.
• Maintain areas of work.
