You will support the head chef at one of our customer sites, strong communication skills, drive and self-motivation is essential.
- Planning menus
- Making sure food is of the right quality
- Managing stock
- Ordering food from suppliers
- Controlling a budget and keeping accurate records
- Managing health and hygiene procedures
- Supervising junior staff
The candidate
You will have previous experience in the catering or hospitality industry as a chef.
- Organisational skills to manage a busy workload
- Excellent communication skills
- Teamwork and leadership skills
