AddressWe have some amazing new opportunities for experienced Chef Manager to join our team at Olive Dining to manage the kitchen at Hammersmith Academywith the assistance of a team of 8 staff including a chef .
If you have experience working in contract catering or have managed a very large secondary school and would like a better work life balance with up to 12 weeks holiday then we might have the role for you.
Olive Dining offer a bespoke service entirely dedicated to the education sector. We are full of like-minded people who are committed to providing healthy and delicious meals, serving both primary and secondary schools around the South East of London.
We offer
- Up to £33000k per annum including up to 12 weeks holiday
- Equivalent to around £20.00 per hour

What we expect from a Chef Manager:
- Passionate about food
- Good understanding of P&L accounts
- Someone that can build good relationships with their team and client.
- Depending on the school, experience in catering for larger numbers.
