Working Hours

This is a flexible role; you can pick up as many or as few shifts as you like. Constellation optimises the working schedules of Compass employees, so we can also help you work at over 5,000 venues across the UK on shifts that suit you. Ranging from Healthcare & Education sites through Contract Catering, all the way to many exciting events at the largest stadiums in the UK. You can do them all with us, all while enjoying the freedom of not fretting over the burden of higher taxes that often come with holding a secondary job.

Main Chef Responsibilities

- Prepare food to menu specifications ensuring that Levy standards and procedures are followed.

- Following instructions from senior staff and respectfully delegating assisting staff to deliver the required service as a team.

- Exceptional standards of hygiene and cleanliness.

- Enjoy your work, smile and have fun!

Skills / Qualifications

- Proven experience working as a Chef in a professional kitchen environment is welcome, but we will consider applicants of all levels.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Some of these venues may be within an education setting and this will require an enhance DBS, please make the recruiter aware if you already hold one. If not, we will assist with this process.
