Role Overview:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality science lessons that engage and challenge students.
- Foster a love of learning and curiosity about the natural world through hands-on experiments and interactive activities.
- Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
- Assess students' progress, provide constructive feedback, and support their academic and personal development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials, schemes of work, and assessment strategies.
Requirements:
- PGCE
- Qualified teacher status (QTS)
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for science.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
