Dear Coffee, a reputable and fast-growing coffee brand, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to join our executive team. As the CAO of Dear Coffee, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the administrative functions of our organization, ensuring efficient operations and supporting the overall growth and success of our brand. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong combination of strategic thinking, operational expertise, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to maximize efficiency and productivity
- Lead and manage the administrative team, providing guidance, support, and professional development
- Oversee the financial management and budgeting processes
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Manage office facilities and equipment
- Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional initiatives
- Analyze and report on key administrative metrics and KPIs
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
- Proven experience as a Chief Administrative Officer or in a similar leadership role
