Champion the development and promotion of data standards and information governance policies across the organisation.
Foster stakeholder engagement at both internal and external levels, collaborating with NHS Directors, Welsh Government and other key stakeholders to advance data initiatives.
Lead and manage a team of approximately 100 people, overseeing the planning and performance of data programmes and services.
Act as a system leader at the national level, providing technical expertise and influencing strategic direction for health and care data in Wales.
