Working in association with the Board, the role will lead the organisation at this time of great change through the delivery of inspirational learning and innovative and modern curriculum, whilst keeping students front and centre of everything. You will work collaboratively across the regional communities, building new and existing partnerships to drive growth with a razor focus on the quality agenda and prudent fiscal management in association with your experienced and forward-thinking leadership team.
We are seeking to appoint a proven leader from across the education landscape who is strategic in approach, commercial in outlook and prudent in terms of quality and fiscal management. With the communicational flair to influence, engage and inspire, you will have learners at the heart of all you do and have a passion for employability. At a time of great change and opportunity, this role requires a dedicated professional who understands the changing education landscape and has the expertise of working with a board, regional employers and national partners (agencies, regulators and government) coupled with the confidence, approach and thinking to lead from the front.
