As the CEO, you will assume a pivotal role in providing strategic leadership, vision, and direction to the organisation, guiding it through its next phase of growth and development. You will offer inspirational leadership to the team, earning the trust and confidence of clients and partners through the continued delivery of high-quality, cost-effective complex outsourcing services to clients, while driving sustainable growth and profitability.
The role requires a significant track record of success at senior management level within the BPO industry or related service sectors, with an impressive track record of delivering sustainable business growth and operational excellence. You must have experience in leading and developing high-performing teams, have significant budgetary management responsibility, and a track record in developing and executing financial strategies that maximise revenue potential, profitability, and sustainable growth. A commitment to ongoing professional development is also imperative.
