We have an amazing opportunity for an accomplished individual to support the COO of an extremely successful Property company. This role would suit someone with experience implementing company-wide systems and initiatives, and managing big projects alongside EA duties. A Chief of Staff who is looking for a role where they can get fully involved and be totally trusted. The successful candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of the property industry and be hungry for a position where they will be a pivotal member of the team. The COO is extremely successful and is looking for a right-hand person who can drive along their projects. Based in their gorgeous offices in the west end, this is an opportunity not to be missed!
Duties will include:
- Extremely complex diary management
- Travel arrangements
- Project management
- Ad hoc support as required
Requirement for the role:
- EA / Business Assistant experience within Property
- Highly organised
- Experienced in managing projects
- Happy to be in the office 5 days a week
