Fintech CTO - Scale-up £150k + meaningful Equity
Here at Venchr, We are working with a dynamic and fast-growing company in the fintech industry, committed to providing their customers with exceptional service and innovative solutions. Our mission is to revolutionize the way payments ands expenses are managed from a global perspective, and we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join the team and help drive our technology vision forward.
The CTO will be responsible for leading our technology team and driving innovation throughout the organization. This role will be critical in helping us scale and grow our business, while also ensuring that we stay ahead of the curve in terms of technological advancements.
As the org continues to grow through both acquisition and natural organic growth we are looking for a CTO who has experience in traversing investment rounds and team integrations. You must have recent experience in a scale-up or start up and have worked as part of the board at a c-level.
This role is going to be based in Manchester at least a few days a week but with flexibility to work from home when its needed of course.
