Location: Telford, Shropshire
Hours per week: Full time, 40 hours per week (Contract role 12-month fixed term commencing 1st July 2024)
Salary: GBP32.5 - GBP37.5k p.a. depending on qualifications and experience.

- Providing 1-1 therapeutic interventions with young people.
- Supporting staff and other professionals within residential settings.
- Facilitating group supervision and dynamics.
- Engaging in assessment and risk management processes.
- Contributing to service evaluation, audit, and research.
- Experience working within a therapeutic community.
- Experience working with children and young people.
- Experience working with vulnerable and complex clients.
- Experience with harmful sexual behaviour (HSB).
- Relevant degree/qualifications.
- Use of psychometrics.
- Working knowledge of the Good Lives Model and AIM 2 assessment.
- Ability to create a therapeutic and caring environment.
