Child And Family Practitioner (E3709) - 2Gether Cluster

An exciting opportunity has arisen at the 2gether Cluster for a Child and Family Practitioner to join a well-established, large cluster. The 2gether Cluster  supports children and families from primary and secondary schools in the Harehills, Chapletown, Chapel Allerton and Meanwood area of Leeds. 

As a multi disciplinary team, the 2gether Cluster is looking for someone who is highly self-motivated and enthusiastic to work alongside children, young people and their families to identify their strengths and needs and to provide an individual package of support to enable change. The work may take place in schools, family homes and at other venues. 

You will need experience of direct one to one work with children, young people and their families. You will also be part of delivering groups to both parents and children and young people. 

Our cluster is committed to child protection and appointments are made subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure. If shortlisted, you will be required to disclose relevant information regarding criminal history and an on-line search will be conducted.  This includes only information publicly available on-line.

This role is based in the UK. Employment is conditional on confirmation of the right to work in the UK - either as a UK or Irish citizen, under the EU Settlement scheme or having secured any other relevant work visa.
